The purchase of tickets is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The tickets purchased are for your own personal use only and may not be used as part of any promotion or competition or for commercial gain. Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect and refuse admission to the event.

When tickets are being collected at the box office, we ask that the cardholder presents as identification either the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets, driving licence or passport.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only), venue or event time).

The organisers of events cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen personal circumstances including traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns.

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser/promoter (ie a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control), we will only refund the face value of the ticket. Please note, it is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

In the event that your tickets are lost in the post and duplicates are arranged for collection at the box office, these will only be given out to the cardholder upon production of the card that was used to make the booking.

If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. Customers will be notified by email if this becomes necessary.

If tickets that are despatched are returned to us as “addressee unknown”, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. We advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under eighteen years of age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

The purchaser and any other ticket holder accept that upon purchasing the tickets, they have also agreed to adhere to the dress code for the specific event. Failure to apply to the dress code for entry into the event will result in refusal of entry and does not entitle you to a refund, with no exceptions.

The purchaser and any ticket holder further accept that upon purchasing the tickets for any event, they acknowledge that they are aware of the type of event they are entering. There is no ticket refund, with no exceptions.

The ticket purchaser and any ticket holder further acknowledge that they will be expected to control their behaviour in adherence with the regulations of the venue. Failure to do so will result in them being ejected from the venue by security. There is no ticket refund, with no exceptions.

The ticket purchaser and any ticket holder acknowledge that a photographer and/or videographer will be recording the event, and hereby give consent to being included in such images, and the company’s use of such images – without payment (not limited to marketing, reproduction and broadcast). However, if you don’t wish to appear in the photographs or video, let our photographers know. You will not be denied entry on this basis.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
